Still young, in the kindergarten. Everyone was thinking for a second. Then they raised their hands, "I wanna a policeman!". The other kids raised their hands without thinking a second and spurt out the words "Me too!".
While the other kids said "I wanna be a doctor!", "Engineer", "Architect!", "Accountant!" and so on. A kid come up and said "Pilot". Years later after finishing up high school/college, it wasn't the job of pilot alone that he was fascinated. Often people set up a second ambition, or "back up plan" if the first didn't work. He chose the military, since it has also something to do with the background of his family too.
But the world isn't so small and simple. The path we always follow up requires strength, sometimes a bigger strength.
Thinking about it, do you still catch up with the people you know from kindergarten? That would be cool. As it was long, long, long time ago. Long before facebook even existed. Don't even mention knowing "what's MSN Messenger?" haha.
It's so easy of thinking and planning what do you want to be. Ironically for someone who doesn't have much of talents in what he wanted to do, it would probably required his passion and drive to succeed, a continuous hard work.
There's so many things you'd want to think of like, "let's become a writer" or like "no, let's become a teacher". But then again, you start switching from one to another until you do not know what to do. Dilemma, that's what you call it. Then when you start doing something or working on it, you start having doubts.
It works with everyone. The president, the prime minister, your boss, kids, parents, teachers, you and everyone. Some may have their own method of dealing it. While others just convince themselves, gathering up their guts and confidence saying "I could do it."
But in military, we have something like the saying "If thinking isn't enough, then doubting is worst. The best deal is just to do it." True enough. Or the rough way of saying it, "Shoot first, ask questions later." Yes, without having any doubts, or thinking "should I play the roulette of getting the best U in my life", you should just do those stuff.
It's been almost 7 years I used social network accounts. I never thought of "losing interests" in it. I do admit of checking it everyday. But that's like, only for 5 minutes. Then I turned it off. Though at some occasions, I do spend minutes at it. But not for long. Just to catch up with some people. Cool thing? haha. I'll write some more stuff here, maybe.
I like the comic strip, btw. haha. :)
All the way.
